Registration is now open for the The Second Annual De Waldman Fundraiser Block Party being held to benefit the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF). PLEASE REGISTER BY MAY 20, 2024, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR EVENT T-SHIRT. The event will be held Saturday June 1, 2024, at the EAT restaurant, 1371 Andre Street, Baltimore, MD, 21230. This will be another great time with a silent auction, food and libations aplenty, and a DJ spinning your favorite tunes. The event will be held rain or shine!
Cholangiocarcinoma is a rare but growing form of cancer affecting the bile ducts and liver. Because it is rare, funding for research is very limited and all proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the Foundation to aid them in research and education. Because of everyone's generosity, we were able to raise $23,000 for the the CCF during our first event.
Thanks to all of you who were able to make it last year. It was a wonderful event and we hope to see many more of you this year since the weatherman is predicting a beautiful day :)!
Registration is only $35.00 and includes event T-shirt, wristband and a coupon for a free Pacifico beer. T-shirt and coupon pick-up will be held at EAT beginning at Noon and end at 5:00. (Please note that we will not be getting the same brand of t-shirts as last year since they definitely ran on the small side.)

Go to the upper right of the page and you will find a "Donate Now" box. Once one fills out the donation information, you will see the statement, "I would like to dedicate this gift." Please check that box and fill in "De Waldman," so that our fundraiser will be given credit for your generous donation.

ALL proceeds from registration will go to CF in honor of Denese Waldman, who lost her battle with cancer last year at the age of 55 after a very courageous 14-month fight. Each participant who registers before May 15, will receive a custom-made event tee, one free drink coupon redeemable on the day of the "Marathon.” Bid on our amazing silent auction items (see link above) that will be on display at EaT.
